Motivational Monday ✨
“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” — Martin Luther King Jr. Something new is coming to the Cube and honestly, this might be one of the simplest and most powerful things we’ve done yet. Starting June 1, we begin the 44 Day 4 Cubed Challenge. Not perfection. Not pressure. Not “one more thing” to fail at. Just 11 intentional minutes a day using any combination of the 4 Cubed practices. You can even split the 11 minutes and include a couple of the practices. 🕯 Meditation 📓 Journaling 🎨 Creative Project 💭 I AM Focus Wheels / affirmations That’s it. This week is your setup week. The next 7 days are about preparing your space, your mindset, and your intention. Find the journal. Pick the candle. Choose the creative project. Create the playlist.Decide what peace looks like for you. Because sometimes the biggest transformations don’t begin with giant leaps…They begin with a quiet decision to show up differently. Science backs this up too: small repeated actions literally help create new neural pathways in the brain. Tiny consistent habits are often more powerful than dramatic short bursts because they build identity, momentum, and emotional resilience over time. And the best part? You do not have to do this perfectly. You just have to begin. ✨ Your challenge this week: Prepare your “11 minute space.” A corner. A chair. A notebook. Some color pencils and a coloring book A moment that belongs to YOU.(Well technically 11 Minutes) June 1… we start together. Give me a 👍 if you are joining us #4Cubed #MotivationalMonday #VortexVoice #SmallStepsBigChanges #44DayChallenge #WellnessJourney

Let’s do this!
🌞Soulful Sunday🌞
“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” — Lao Tzu A reminder for today: You are not behind. Not everyone’s life unfolds at the same pace, in the same order, or in the same season. Some things take longer because they’re growing deeper roots first. Science moment:Research on stress and performance shows that constantly comparing ourselves to others can increase cortisol and reduce motivation. Focusing on our own path helps regulate stress and improves long-term consistency. Sunday reset: Instead of asking, “Why am I not there yet?” Try asking, “What’s one thing I can appreciate about where I am right now?”

One thing I can appreciate about wheee I’m at right now is all the hard work I’ve put into my career the last five years! I get to live in a place where I am close to family, yet still finding my way in a “new” territory. Feels great to have begun to establish some roots.
✨ Motivating Monday ✨
“The ability to be in the present moment is a major component of mental wellness.” — Abraham Maslow So much of our stress comes from living somewhere other than right now. We replay conversations. We worry about tomorrow. We rush through moments we’ll never get back. But your nervous system can actually calm when you bring your attention back to the present. Studies show mindfulness and present-moment awareness can help reduce stress hormones and improve focus, mood, and emotional regulation. 🧠 Tiny moments of presence matter more than perfection. 🌿 Today’s 4 Cubed Challenge:Pick ONE “reset cue” for today. Every time you notice yourself distracted, stressed, overthinking, or mentally somewhere else: ➡️ Pause ➡️ Take one slow breath ➡️ Name 3 things you can see ➡️ Bring yourself back to this moment That’s it. The goal today isn’t to be perfectly mindful…It’s simply to notice when you’ve left the moment — and gently return. 💬 Check-in:What’s one thing you want to be more present for this week?

I want to practice my morning mindfulness and get moving into my body when my eyes open. My goal this week is to move as soon as I wake up- either stretching or maybe doing a little dance hehe
🌼 Thoughtful Thursday 🌼
“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” — Ferris Bueller's Day Off 🧠 Tiny science fact:Even short “micro-breaks” during the day can help improve mood, creativity, and focus. Studies show that stepping away for even 2–5 minutes helps reset mental fatigue and lowers stress levels. ✨ Today’s mini reset challenge:At some point today, pause for 60 seconds and do ONE simple thing just because it feels good: - Stand in the sunshine ☀️ - Pet a dog or cat 🐾 - Stretch like a sleepy toddler 😂 - Smell your coffee before drinking it ☕ - Put on one song and dance for exactly 30 seconds 💃 - No productivity required. No “earning” the break first.Just a tiny reminder that being human is allowed to feel good. 💬 Check in below with your tiny reset moment today… even if it sounds silly. Those little moments matter more than we think.

Spent an extra few minutes before I left my house to just sit, no rushing, just sitting and petting the dogs :)
🎉 Feel-Good Friday 🎉
“You can’t have a better tomorrow if you are thinking about yesterday all the time.” — Charles Kettering 🧠 Tiny science fact: Studies show that anticipation itself can boost dopamine levels in the brain. Sometimes simply looking forward to something positive improves mood and motivation. ✨ Friday challenge:Plan ONE tiny thing this weekend that gives you something to look forward to. It could be: 🍿 a movie night ☀️ coffee outside 🚶 a walk somewhere pretty 📚 reading for fun 🍔 trying a new food spot 🎶 blasting music while cleaning Big plans not required. Tiny joy still counts. 💬 What’s one small thing you’re looking forward to this weekend?
