OH, WHAT A WONDERFUL APP!!!☺️
If there was ever something to be grateful for, it would be that Treven moved us to this wonderful app that makes communication better within the community. There are many different great apps out there but so far this one is the better option from what we have used in the past. I love that I am able to see everyone’s meals even if I initially miss the post to add options to my current meal plans. We could see that before but I remember just having to keep scrolling to the top to see what everyone did. Now this app works as Facebook where you still have to scroll but you can click on whoever post. Im also grateful for the amount of engagement from each and every person in the app. I started to follow everyone cause I want to see what everyone is doing and to hold myself accountable on days that I am not there. Everyone looks like they’re off to a great start. Keep up the momentum and remember to encourage yourself throughout the days! We got this!!πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾

9am and Meal Program
9 AM was tough to get through today due to the heat and humidity, but I pulled through it. My craving for protein has increased quite a bit this camp. I have been cubing up my beef and chicken, putting them in portion size baggies, and freezing them and taking them out when I need them. It’s been a great system. Today was chicken, broccoli and red potatoes. I keep my meals simple.

It makes it harder with the heat and humidity. Just thank God you don’t have asthma on top of that like I do. πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ
