savagesisters

I found Erin & Sarit in 2020, over 200 lbs, inactive, and knowing nothing about nutrition. Five years later, I’m 60 lbs lighter, strong, extremely fit at 40, and have completely transformed my body, mindset, and vision for my future. Erin & Sarit show up daily with real advice, honesty, humor, and heart—but the community they’ve built is the true magic. Savage Sisters isn’t just fitness. It’s a place to grow, belong, and become someone you never imagined you could be. ❤️
