Questions
I have 3 problems 1. My teams always start slow and end better how can I fix that 2. Graduated 7 seniors and how to handle that transition period 3.How to teach a team with sub par decision making skills and help them to think and play thr game

1. We play 5 on 5 to 5 to start practice and it helped my team with the slow start issue. Something competitive high stakes right from the jump. 2. Never graduated more than 2 seniors at a time this year it will be 4. 3. Small sided games and constraints help lots with decision making. Do lots of live game play but start small like 2 v 2, 3 v 3 etcโ€ฆalso play with advantages like 3 on offense 2 on D to help your players become better decision makers. You have to train it.
Program Communication
Whatโ€™s apps or platforms are best for communication with players and parents? Has anyone use the band app?

I use band Coach. It gets it done for my program. Iโ€™ve been using it for 5-6 years now and itโ€™s gotten better with time. User friendly and has helpful features we leverage.

Lock Left---2 Games In---Other Teams Getting Frustrated
For those who are experienced Lock Left and Drive and Space ect. coaches. Our coaching staff is noticing a trend. Through two games the other teams, and now a coach, are so frustrated that they are throwing elbows, and the other coach was pissed and talked to me in the handshake line about "Pressing us up 30." We only have our Wolf up across half court and the sniper if the inbounder runs up the right side of the ball. NOT A PRESS! I normally don't care, and it has only been two games but man, I am wondering if others are noticing an extra amount of physical and verbal frustration from other teams specifically when you are playing lock left all game like we are. Let me know. Thanks!

Girls and finishing/playing off of two feet
I have found it harder to teach girls to finish/play off of two feet. Idk if I am the only one that has noticed this? Either way, anyone have any good ways to continue to stress this in high school/youth programs? Thanks!
