🏆 Weekly Wins Recap | Mar 14 – Mar 20
From massive deal flow and equity partnerships to SaaS builds, AI agents, and real client conversions - this week inside AIS+ showed what happens when skill meets positioning and consistent execution. 🚀 Standout Wins of the Week 👉 @Peter Hawtin signed ~$95K in under 2 weeks, including multiple $9K clients and a $50K finance deal. 👉 @Latoya Robinson built a SaaS product, AI assistant system, and closed a $24K engagement - all from a non-technical background. 👉 @Matthew Sutherland closed a deal as an equity partner, shifting from builder to true stakeholder. 👉 @Jody Murfit built an Opportunity Map system and booked 2 calls organically overnight - no ads, no funnel. 👉 @Sheena De La Cruz built 3 mobile apps in one morning using Claude Code - no coding background. 🎥 Super Win Spotlight | @Dave-Amy Simpson Amy and her husband run a 20-year-old marketing agency and recently decided to pivot into AI. In just 6 weeks, they’ve: • Landed ~$20K in contracts • Retained rights to scale those solutions further • Built real confidence working with AI systems Coming from a non-technical background, Amy went from avoiding code… to understanding workflows and building systems herself. Her biggest shift? Moving from feeling overwhelmed → to having structure, support, and real execution momentum. Amy’s journey is proof that you don’t need a technical background - you just need the right environment and the willingness to build. 🎥 Watch Amy’s story 👇 ✨ Want to see wins like this every week? @Sam Alder, thank you so much, this genuinely means a lot! 🙏🏾 The community and the resources here made it feel possible. Just getting started! 🚀
I'm hiring a Conference Program Director ($3K bounty if you refer)
Big news: we're launching virtual and in-person AI automation events. And I need someone to run the show, curating speakers, topics, and sessions. It pays $100K-$120K. And if you refer the person we hire, you get $3,000 cash. Know someone who'd be perfect? Or maybe it's you? Get the details here: Conference Program Director P.S. Link to apply is at the bottom of the page.

@Na'Kole Watson this is amazing, I just shared with someone that’ll be a great fit! 😊
For beginners who don't know where to start
Most AI tutorials are made by developers, for developers. They skip steps. They throw around jargon. They assume you already know things you don't. You watch video after video and somehow end up more confused than when you started. That's not a you problem. That's a teaching problem. I made something that fixes it: -> For beginners who don't know where to start PS: If you’re already an AIS+ member, we will be rolling this out to you for free shortly. No need to buy it.

@Nate Herk thank you.
👉 Quick Win + What I’m Building in n8n
Facilitated a board presentation this week introducing a Named Fund fundraising model focused on relationship-based revenue and long-term sustainability. The board is now reviewing my proposal to implement the supporting systems, with a decision later this month. What I’m building: A lean fundraising + governance workflow using n8n, GoHighLevel, and AI to formalize donor stewardship, support board accountability, and protect staff capacity. Looking for input: If you’ve used n8n for CRM workflows, reporting, or follow-ups (especially in low-capacity orgs), I’d love to hear what worked or what you’d build first. One system. One outcome. Forward motion.

💻Offering Free AI Automation Projects
Hey everyone! 👋 I'm building my portfolio as a beginner AI automation builder specializing in n8n and looking for 2 businesses that need workflow automation solutions. What I've Built So Far: - Lead qualification system that scores prospects against company services/ICP - Resume screening automation that evaluates candidates against job requirements What I'm Offering: ✅ Free automation build (1-2 projects) ✅ Full documentation and handoff ✅ Post-launch support to ensure it works smoothly What I'm Looking For: - A real business problem that automation can solve - Honest testimonial after project completion - Permission to use the project as a portfolio case study (can anonymize if needed) Ideal Projects: Workflows involving data processing, lead management, document handling, team notifications, or API integrations. If you're doing repetitive tasks manually, there's probably an automation opportunity. Don't see your use case listed? No problem! I'm open to all types of automation projects and excited to learn new workflows. Even if what you need doesn't match what I've built before, reach out—I'm here to expand my skills and solve real problems. Next Steps: Comment or DM me with: 1. Brief description of your business 2. The workflow/process you want automated 3. Tools you're currently using (if any) Let's build something useful together! 🚀
