Leg raises
Morning all, I noticed that all Leg Raise exercises are not good for my belly DR. Its makes the separation worse by creating bulging. Anyone else experiencing that? Thanks

I’ve notice if you do them slowly that’ll help…. Can you can focus more on all that actions… such as keeping back flat, keeping stomach engaged, keep breathing don’t hold your breath….then you can progress from there.
