Hey yall! Hope everyone had a great weekend! I need all the input… i found 2 potential spots… it wouldn’t load my videos.. #1 Venue: Total Sqft: 2500 Price per sqft: ~$25 (mid 20s is what they said) + $7.03 NNN Approximate Total Mortgage: $6672.92 This one has 3 separate rooms, a nice little entry way and 1 bathroom. The only downside to this one was a wall separating the whole space, which makes it seem like two separate spaces… This is the one that I mentioned previously that said they don’t normally do venues and I found out yesterday that they have one in another location that he says gives him problems sometimes. From our conversation, it seems that he would be willing to let me lease it since I told him I plan to do wedding activities, birthday dinners, nonprofit workshops, and conferences. #2 Venue: Total Sqft: 1650 Price per sqft: $15 + $7NNN Approximate Total Mortgage: $3025 This space has an open layout and 2 bathrooms and a nice little entry way. This one was older looking, smaller in size, and on the 2nd floor (but has an elevator by the stairwell).

Good morning y’all! When’s the last time you had a sold out month? Here’s one hack I use to make sure that I don’t leave any money on the table AND I’m booking out my entire weekend. You will always miss 100% of the shots you don’t take sometimes we have to be bold and just ask the client to move their date with a small incentive. The incentive varies doesn’t always have to be money off. But it does have to be something the client actually wants.
