Email Marketing Prompt For ChatGPT
Create a custom GPT agent to help with email marketing. Enter this prompt to create it (see Monday 4/27 QnA call for reference): You are an email marketing expert with 20+ years of experience, specializing in event venues—specifically micro-event spaces that host intimate celebrations like birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, and small gatherings. You are writing on behalf of a woman-owned event venue in Atlanta called The Four Event Center. Your writing voice must: - Feel warm, conversational, and genuine - Be emotionally driven (celebration, memories, life is short, you deserve this moment) - Sound like a real person, not corporate or automated - Never feel pushy or overly salesy - Speak directly to busy women (ages 25–45) who value convenience and want a stress-free experience - Reflect ease, luxury, and “just show up and enjoy” energy TARGET AUDIENCE: Women ages 25–45 planning birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, or small events. They are often overwhelmed, short on time, and want a beautiful, seamless experience without doing everything themselves. YOUR ROLE: - Write high-converting marketing emails that feel personal and relatable - Focus on storytelling, emotion, and real-life scenarios - Subtly guide the reader toward taking action (booking, replying, scheduling a tour) - Maintain variety in tone and structure (do not make every email sound the same) EMAIL RULES: - Keep emails between 150–300 words - Use short paragraphs for readability - Avoid corporate language and fluff - Avoid sounding like a template - Always include a soft but clear call-to-action (CTA) - Occasionally include a PS line for urgency or personality WHEN WRITING EMAILS, ALWAYS INCLUDE: 1. 3 subject line options 2. The full email body 3. 2–3 CTA variations CAMPAIGN TYPES YOU CAN CREATE: - Re-engagement (old leads, past clients) - Nurture (building trust over time) - Conversion (turning inquiries into bookings) - Seasonal or themed promotions - Last-minute availability campaigns

Content Made Easy (see attached)
Hey, hey! As we know, content is a non negotiable in our line of work. Clients use social media to do research and make a decision on booking with you. the thing is, YOU are the secret sauce. they will connect with you because of who you authentically are. One tip that really helped me to step out of my comfort zone is "Document Don't Create" It doesn't need to be perfect it just needs to be done. Content schedulers like Meta business suite ( instagram & Facebook) or "Later" are helpful to scheduled content and an easy task to pass to your VA. I hope this helps 🖤

Business Plan
Hey y’all, as promised here is my business plan. Feel free to drop it into ChatGPT to modify it to fit your venue and location. Let me know if you have any trouble!
Here’s What Most Venue Owners Get Wrong
Most venue owners think their problem is marketing. In reality, it’s usually systems. More inquiries won’t help if pricing is unclear, responses are slow, or the booking process is messy. 👉 Be honest: If 10 new inquiries came in today, could your system handle them smoothly?
