Reverse Cascade Tips
I've been practicing the reverse cascade for a little while now but I'm still not great at it... I was wondering if I could get any tips?

Another Weekly Call!
Hey everyone, Coach Matt here. We’ve been running the Wednesday coaching call for the past two weeks, and we’re now adding a second call at 10am EST. This should make it much easier for our European members so you don’t have to stay up late anymore. 😄 Hope to see more of you on Monday at 10am EST. My favorite trick Keller is cascade and from there go into other tricks but that is my meat and potatoes as they say to my juggling. I like doing one ups and under my leg. Looking forward to getting back outside when the snow is gone and get back to juggling clubs thats a lot of fun when your not hitting yourself in the face. Thanks for the encouragement Timofei. And thanks for the info. Keller about the coaching calls but l thought they cost or is that something different? Looking forward to learning from all you talented people.
