AI Intake Pricing – Setup + Monthly
All, I’m refining pricing for a structured AI intake and response system focused on law firms (or similar professional service firms) and would value your input. Scope includes: • 24/7 AI intake (web chat, SMS, optional voice handling) • Lead qualification logic • Appointment booking integration • Multi-attorney routing (where applicable) • CRM pipeline and reporting visibility • Escalation to human staff • 30–60 day optimization window Target firms: 2–50 attorneys. Two deployment levels: Starter: Single practice line, one calendar, standard qualification and booking flow. Pro: Multi-practice routing, multi-attorney distribution, advanced qualification logic, voice handling, and ongoing performance optimization. For those actively selling AI intake systems to firms in this range: 1. What setup fees are you seeing close consistently? 2. What monthly recurring fees are realistic at the 2–10 attorney level versus 20+? 3. Are you structuring pricing per firm, per attorney, per location, or tiered by complexity? 4. What pricing objections come up most often? I’m looking for real-world data to ensure alignment with the current market, not underpricing or overshooting. Appreciate any insight you’re willing to share. Thank you, Larry Miller
🤔 What do you need help with? (Seriously)
Hey gang! My birthday is tomorrow and my wife asked me what I wanted to do… and literally all I want to do is plan out the next phase of CEO Lab, restructuring it a way that makes it even easier for each of you to launch and grow, and take everything to the next level. That being said… I want to hear from each of you on what’s your constraint, what’s holding you back, what do you need help with to make traction in your agency? Please give me as much info as possible so we can take it into consideration while building everything that is to come. Jeff ++ P.S… we have some BIG things in the works for CEO Lab (per usual) and this will continue to be THE #1 Marketing & AI group on planet Earth… and by a greater and greater margin. Period.

Happy Birthday, @Jeff Lopez I need help transitioning from my current business (IT Service and Support, ConnectedGeek.net) to doing what you and @Charles Guerra have been teaching us. I am getting to the age where I don't want to crawl under desks anymore and plug in cords. I've been doing that for 30 years. IT is my core competency; however, I don't want to do that full-time anymore. I have been doing this as a solopreneur for lots of years, and I would rather sell AI solutions. You asked :) BTW, Thank you for all you have given this community and us!! You guys rock!! Thanks, Larry
A2P Wizard works
I made a comment on someone's post about A2P and the A2P Wizard. I was going to test it again because they said they updated it, and the guy that made the software basically said, "If you can't get approved through mail, I'll send you a hundred bucks." He told that to somebody, so he's pretty much backing his software. They put like 4,000 A2P approvals through in the last 60 days, he said. So, I decided to try it with a client. It was the easiest process I've ever done, and in three days, it was approved. It just got approved, so I urge anyone that's having a problem with A2P to go through A2P Wizard. There are a couple of things I'm going to create a video explaining exactly what you need to do. There are a couple of things you need to be sure of: if you've already been rejected, you need to go into support and have them delete your brand and your campaign, so you can do a brand new one with A2P Wizard. Otherwise, it's not going to work. I will follow up later with a video, but I just wanted to give you all an update. This was a big relief, and I'm hoping that I can use it in the future. I just tried it on another client; this has been a major headache, so hopefully it works for everybody else.

Just to clarify, even if you don't use that sub-domained website (in the end), it still gets approved? I know this might be a rhetorical question... but just making sure.
Onboarding forms and surveys...
I imported the Ultimately Agency snapshot into my account. I noticed that the forms and surveys for the onboarding did not come over. Am I doing something wrong?

@Charles Guerra Thank you sir! I do have a question for anyone that is following this thread. Does anyone have a template/starting point (generic) form that you have used? I understand the most used fields, like name, email, phone, etc. I am looking for some guidance otherwise. Please and thank you :)
