I am looking for a sourcing agent. Are there any suggestions for agents you would recommend?

I need some advice. I had a disgruntled customer post a image/video on my listing. She misused my product against my instructions of use and as a result damaged the product, Is there any way that I can get this posting/image removed from my listing? Thanks much
