This is the intro that I normally share but to add the bits in, my favourite colour is green and my favourite Pokémon is Lucario. I will say I am a bit old for Pokémon but have a 5 year old boy and so have home quite a fan ✨ A bit about me: Born in London, grew up in Hertfordshire, and lifelong Arsenal fan ⚽ Studied maths at university (and even started a PhD) Became a Yoga Teacher in 2014 and Yoga Sports Coach in 2015 🧘‍♀️ Born and raised vegetarian, turned vegan in 2013 🌱 Once ran an ecommerce store selling knitting supplies, I’ve always loved creating things with my hands. 🧶 ✨ Life right now: Single mum to my amazing 5-year-old son ❤️ Serial renovator — 8 moves in 9 years and counting 🏡 I have an allotment, an RHS qualification in horticulture, and an ongoing love affair with the sea 🌊 Passionate about slow living, cycles, and finding peace in the in-between spaces. ✨ My spiritual side: My dad studied with the Dalai Lama, so I grew up with Buddha statues and deep conversations about compassion 🕉️ Had my first psychic dream at 14 and trained in mediumship at 19 🔮 Meditated daily for almost a decade (minus those early months of motherhood, survival mode is real 😅). My approach blends nervous system awareness, energy work, and grounded spirituality, because real transformation starts when the body finally feels safe enough to soften.

Hi everyone, I’m Josephine Patricia — an occupational therapist, trauma-informed creative soulwork guide, and host of the Rewilding the Mythic Self podcast. Alongside my full-time work in home health, I run a growing creative-liberation community on Skool where I support system-wounded, spiritually-gifted people in reclaiming their voice, intuition, and creative autonomy. My work blends ancestry, art, ritual, mythic storytelling, and gentle somatic practices to help people shed internalized systems and reconnect with who they were before the world told them who to be. My biggest challenge right now? Finding visibility practices that feel sustainable while juggling full-time clinical work and learning how to grow on both Substack and Skool without slipping back into perfectionism or overfunctioning. A fun fact: I’m a Scandinavian folk-art and wisdom revivalist, and much of my creative work draws from ancestral crafts, symbolism, and storytelling.
