Yesterday I shared a simple Gmail trick for those emails you find yourself typing—or copying and pasting—over and over again. A few of you asked how to set it up, so here are the steps. 👇 Turn on Gmail Templates → Open Gmail. → Click the ⚙️ Settings icon. → Click See all settings. → Select the Advanced tab. → Find Templates. → Select Enable. → Click Save Changes. Create the email you want to reuse → Click Compose. → Write the email exactly as you normally would. → If you'll personalize the message, use something obvious like [FIRST NAME] as a placeholder. Save it as a Template → Click the three dots ⋮ at the bottom of the Compose window. → Choose Templates → Save draft as template → Save as new template. → Give it a recognizable name, such as New Member Welcome or Customer Follow-Up. Send it to someone → Click Compose. → Enter the person's email address. → Click ⋮ → Templates. → Select your saved template. → Replace [FIRST NAME] and make any other personal changes. →Click Send. Do it again for the next person →Start another email. →Select the same template. → Personalize it. →Send. In a few minutes, you'll create a reusable Gmail template you can pull into a new email anytime, personalize for the recipient, and send. Write it once. Personalize it. Send it again. 📧 @FrancE Desrosiers , @Gina Trigo , @James PM Gaffney , @Julianne Anderson , @Ken Hyra , @Nicole Lesley , @Rasheed Hooda Let me know what template you will set up...
