Sharing - The Nourishment Project
Hello ladies, Hello ladies, One of the ladies in our community, Carolann, is embarking on a purpose-driven project and has invited us to be part of it. Below, I’ve shared an excerpt from her latest newsletter that gives a little insight into the project. If you haven’t subscribed to receive her emails, I encourage you to do so. @Carolann Jones please share the link to the full newsletter so the ladies in the community can learn more about the project and how they can participate. Or, if you’d prefer, you can record a short video that I can upload here. I think hearing directly from you would be the best way for everyone to understand the heart and purpose behind what you’re creating. The Excerpt - Introducing The Nourishment Project The Nourishment Project was born from one simple belief: Wellness is meant to be shared. Because when one person is nourished, everyone around them is touched by that nourishment. , My prayer is to place 100 copies of From My Table to Yours into the hands of people who could use a little extra nourishment, encouragement, and hope. I'm so excited to share where our journey begins. The first 15 eCookbooks will be gifted to the incredible mothers and families at Village of Hope in Salisbury, Maryland. Village of Hope is a transitional living community that supports women and children as they rebuild their lives with hope, stability, and purpose. Each family will receive its own copy of From My Table to Yours. As these mothers receive support to create a brighter future, my prayer is that they will also be nourished as they nourish their children. And this is only the beginning. Every eCookbook gifted after that will be given to: • Teachers who pour into others every day. • Seniors living alone. • Caregivers who rarely have time to care for themselves.

💜 I'd Love Your Feedback
I just finished creating something new, and before I begin sharing it publicly, I'd love to get a little feedback from this community. If you have about 5 minutes, would you take my new Alignment Path Assessment? As you go through it, I'd love to know: ✔️ Did everything work? ✔️ Did your results feel accurate? ✔️ Was anything confusing or unclear? Your honest feedback will help me make any final improvements before I officially share it. Thank you for helping me out! 👉 path.theodoratcarter.com
Hello Ladies! Thank you for sharing! I just completed it, and overall it's awesome! I loved the layout and the animations added! I would agree with Carolann on the choices; other than that, You Did Your Thing with it! 👏🏽🫶🏽
@Theodora Carter You're welcome! That is going to be great for your clients!
Let's Support One Another
We don’t have to navigate every season of life alone. 💜 Today, I want us to take a moment to simply hold one another in prayer. Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing. It can be a specific situation, a name, or simply, “Please keep me in prayer.” We don’t have to have the right words or all the answers. Sometimes, just knowing that someone is thinking about you, praying for you, and standing with you can make a difference. Let’s continue to make this a space where we support one another with kindness, grace, and no judgment. How can we pray for you today? 🙏🏽 "Pray for each other so that you may be healed.” — James 5:16 NIV 🙏🏽💜

Let's Celebrate...
Another Thursday, Another opportunity to celebrate! 💃🏾 Progress deserves to be noticed while it is happening. This week, we are recognizing the courage to protect your time or peace. A boundary may look simple from the outside, but we know it can require clarity, discomfort, and self-respect. Big or small, visible or private, your progress belongs here. Pause before moving to the next responsibility and let this register. You are allowed to and should feel good about how you showed up. What you share may be a reminder to another woman to notice what she was about to dismiss, so share it without apology. What boundary are you proud of honoring?
My boundary is protecting my space and time!
@Carolann Jones Congratulations!
Welcome August! 💜
A new month doesn't require a new version of you. It simply offers another opportunity to pause, reflect, and choose what matters most. As we step into August, I'm reminding myself that intentional living isn't about doing more. It's about making sure what I'm doing aligns with who I want to become. This month, I'm choosing: ✨ Clarity over confusion. ✨ Purpose over pressure. ✨ Progress over perfection. ✨ Rest without guilt. ✨ Intention in every decision. If July taught you anything, don't leave the lesson behind. Bring the wisdom with you. Here's to a month of living with more clarity, courage, and intention. Welcome, August. Let's make it meaningful. 💜 I'd love to hear from you: What's one word or intention you're carrying into this month?
Welcome August! 💜
Thank you for sharing. My word would be success, which is also my intention! I realized that I'm actually succeeding in what I wanted for my company, yet I had to pause when the success(money/sales) came to a halt🙏🏾 . I didn't shut down and give up; I remained calm and peaceful even under pressure. Usually I would have cracked and given up because the money wasn't available. I realized that I wasn't in this just for the money, and it was actually my alignment with my purpose to be of service to others going through their journey! Look at God🙌🏾
@Theodora Carter thank you! Indeed and agreed!
