Let's Support One Another - Share What Has Helped
One of the best parts of community is being able to learn from one another. Sometimes something that has helped us—a book, practice, question, podcast, scripture, or even a simple routine—may be exactly what another woman needs to hear about. So today, let's share what's been supporting us. It doesn't have to be life-changing or profound. Just something you've found helpful, encouraging, grounding, or worth passing along. And as you read what others share, feel free to ask questions, make a connection, or simply say, “Thank you for sharing.” 💜 What resource has genuinely supported you lately?

@Terri Penzerro I am glad it resonated with you. This entrepreneur journey can be challenging, but together we rise. 🙏🏽💜

@Terri Penzerro I love this. Proverbs 3:5-6 is another one of my favorite scriptures. It is so true that when we stop trying to figure it out and trust that the Lord already knows what is ahead, it provides a peace that is truly beyond our understanding. Looking forward to seeing what's next for you. 🙂
Let's Celebrate - Rest Counts Too
This week, we’re celebrating the moments when we chose to slow down before we reached empty. Rest isn’t time wasted, and it doesn’t take away from what we accomplished. Sometimes, choosing to pause is one of the most intentional things we can do for ourselves. Maybe you went to bed earlier, took a real lunch break, said no to something, or simply gave yourself permission to do nothing for a while. Whatever rest looked like for you, it counts. Let’s celebrate those choices without guilt or comparison. Your decision to take care of yourself may remind another woman that she is allowed to rest too. How did you make room for rest this week?

This week, I say "no" to some thing, have taken a real lunch break at least 3x (I am on one now) 🙂 and I have intentionally did NOTHING.
Sharing - The Nourishment Project
Hello ladies, Hello ladies, One of the ladies in our community, Carolann, is embarking on a purpose-driven project and has invited us to be part of it. Below, I’ve shared an excerpt from her latest newsletter that gives a little insight into the project. If you haven’t subscribed to receive her emails, I encourage you to do so. @Carolann Jones please share the link to the full newsletter so the ladies in the community can learn more about the project and how they can participate. Or, if you’d prefer, you can record a short video that I can upload here. I think hearing directly from you would be the best way for everyone to understand the heart and purpose behind what you’re creating. The Excerpt - Introducing The Nourishment Project The Nourishment Project was born from one simple belief: Wellness is meant to be shared. Because when one person is nourished, everyone around them is touched by that nourishment. , My prayer is to place 100 copies of From My Table to Yours into the hands of people who could use a little extra nourishment, encouragement, and hope. I'm so excited to share where our journey begins. The first 15 eCookbooks will be gifted to the incredible mothers and families at Village of Hope in Salisbury, Maryland. Village of Hope is a transitional living community that supports women and children as they rebuild their lives with hope, stability, and purpose. Each family will receive its own copy of From My Table to Yours. As these mothers receive support to create a brighter future, my prayer is that they will also be nourished as they nourish their children. And this is only the beginning. Every eCookbook gifted after that will be given to: • Teachers who pour into others every day. • Seniors living alone. • Caregivers who rarely have time to care for themselves.

@Carolann Jones You're welcome
Let's Check In....
Sometimes the things we notice about ourselves are worth paying attention to. This week, you may have felt confident in one area and uncertain in another. You may have noticed something you want more of, something you're working through, or simply a side of yourself you haven't paid attention to in a while. What part of yourself have you noticed most this week? There is no pressure to answer or to share more than feels comfortable. You could actually use this as a prompt to answer in your journal during your quiet reflection time.

@Carolann Jones That is something that I used to dread, but over the years, I have learned that one of the greatest gifts we can give to someone is to actively listen without judgement or an opinion. Because sometimes people just need someone to hear and see them.
💜 I'd Love Your Feedback
I just finished creating something new, and before I begin sharing it publicly, I'd love to get a little feedback from this community. If you have about 5 minutes, would you take my new Alignment Path Assessment? As you go through it, I'd love to know: ✔️ Did everything work? ✔️ Did your results feel accurate? ✔️ Was anything confusing or unclear? Your honest feedback will help me make any final improvements before I officially share it. Thank you for helping me out! 👉 path.theodoratcarter.com

@Carolann Jones Thanks for that feedback. I will definitely incorporate in the tool so the questions are balanced and someone who is not really out of alignment see themselves.
