I got my life pro about a year ago. I do exercises on it like squats, twists, arm exercises. It’s been a real treat for me! I think of it as shaking off the stress of the day. And getting strengthened for the day to come.

Im 57 married with 3 grown daughters and 3 grandkids. I’ve been on a nutrition health journey sense 2008. I switched over to IDlife 2019 . Im a caregiver and housekeeper. Teacher . Before I learned nutrition was the best way to get well my life was a major struggle every day with fibromyalgia, migraines, chronic ovarian cysts, insomnia. Etc. Now all that is in my past. Now my aim is to get better mental clarity. And work on a better relationship with my husband. Keep learning.
