Fermentation
One of the greatest and most important foods to consume daily, is fermented foods. How many of us actually consume real live fermentations, daily? It is super important for your gut health and your immune system! I would love to do a fermented food course. What do you guys think?

In my household we do homemade yogurt, fermented apples, and homemade vinagers. I've tried kombucha but havent made any in my home yet.

@Matthew Pollard yes this! Also though digestive functions. Example my daughter and my husband's co worker got chest pains from time to time. It wasn't heart attack . Your esophagus is longer than most people think, and a deep stuck air can be painful. Sometimes you dont need a trip to a cardiologist. You just need to burp 😊
