What Captures Our Attention?
Behavior is everything and everything is behavior. Our outward reactions are just reflections of what is occurring internally. How do I change lives in this noisy world of social media? We have become so disensitized to things that the shock value has to be increased just to get attention in any given area. My goal is to provide content that creates change, movement, transformation and I have to admit, I am not interested in getting everyone's attention. Just those individuals who are really want to change and be better instead of just feeling better. There are only three attribute something must have in order to capture attention; not five, not yet, etc. And they are all equally important. One is no more compelling than the other. - If something is life threatening; - If it has novelty value meaning it's new to use; and - If it has high emotional content. If an event meets any one or combination of these three elements above, our attention will be diverted to it. This is a critical thing to truly understand. I will dive deeper over the next several weeks. In the meanwhile, order your copy of "Change, It's Simpler Than You Think". https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/4AWA9BFMKL7T4 Any behaviors you have learned that don't serve you, you have the ability to unlearn.

Managing Stress
Stress is not a weakness—it is a signal that your mind and body need alignment and clarity. In today’s fast-paced world, stress often comes from living in constant reaction mode rather than responding with intention. The goal isn’t to eliminate stress, but to master how you respond to it. Stress begins in the mind before it shows up in the body. When thoughts become overloaded or fearful, the nervous system stays on high alert. - Slowing your thinking, even briefly, can restore calm and control. Intentional breathing is one of the fastest ways to reduce stress, signaling safety to your nervous system and helping you shift from reaction to focus. - Perspective also matters. Stress increases when challenges feel like threats. Asking, What can I control, or What can I learn creates mental flexibility and reduces pressure Setting healthy boundaries protects your energy and prevents burnout. When your actions align with your values and purpose, stress loses its power—and you regain calm, clarity, and confidence.

So, so true!
We don’t get out of life what we want. We get out of life what we are.
If your thinking, behaviors, and language are misaligned, no amount of hustle will save you. You’ll keep repeating the same cycles, calling it effort, while wondering why nothing truly changes. Success isn’t blocked by opportunity—it’s blocked by neurology. There is a science to success. When you understand how your brain is wired—how beliefs are formed, how habits are reinforced, how language programs outcomes—your circumstances don’t just improve… your entire life recalibrates. This message won’t resonate with everyone. Most people want the appearance of success—the glitz and the glamour—without committing to the grit and the grind. But success has never rewarded shortcuts. The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary. Real transformation begins internally. Your actions and behaviors work together to create your results. They shape your environment, your relationships, and your income. It’s not about what happens to you … It’s about what happens inside you when it does. 🔥 I have provided FREE access to my 30-minute Behavior Change Stairway Model™ training. Just click the link to watch this behavioral-changing 30-minute training … https://youtu.be/MgWY0UmZHMA Sure, I could’ve have uploaded the training video here. But transformation doesn’t respond to ease—it responds to intentional action. If clicking a link feels like too much effort, it may simply mean you’re not quite ready yet for the internal shift required to create real success and abundance—and that’s okay. 👉 Also become a part of our FREE “Neurology of Success” for additional tools, strategies, and trainings to support every area of your life. Click the link and join now—it’s free. https://www.skool.com/klalstoncoach/about?ref=7089095a0886464781542dc5f14c6991
