What Captures Our Attention?
Behavior is everything and everything is behavior. Our outward reactions are just reflections of what is occurring internally. How do I change lives in this noisy world of social media? We have become so disensitized to things that the shock value has to be increased just to get attention in any given area. My goal is to provide content that creates change, movement, transformation and I have to admit, I am not interested in getting everyone's attention. Just those individuals who are really want to change and be better instead of just feeling better. There are only three attribute something must have in order to capture attention; not five, not yet, etc. And they are all equally important. One is no more compelling than the other. - If something is life threatening; - If it has novelty value meaning it's new to use; and - If it has high emotional content. If an event meets any one or combination of these three elements above, our attention will be diverted to it. This is a critical thing to truly understand. I will dive deeper over the next several weeks. In the meanwhile, order your copy of "Change, It's Simpler Than You Think". https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/4AWA9BFMKL7T4 Any behaviors you have learned that don't serve you, you have the ability to unlearn.
Would love to hear what your long-term vision is for the community.
This question was asked of me by Lekso. It's an extremely powerful question. So much so, I decided to share my response with the community. Thanks for such a powerful question Lekso. A few years ago, my life was full of debilitating recurring outcomes. When it seemed I was finally on the right path, "Boom!" the bottom would fall out. At first, I chalked it up to bad luck, generational curses, and fate. It wasn't until I began to truly understand how the mind (Conscious and Subconscious) works and the importance of our neurology in this equation. This coupled with becoming more in tune with the spiritual, energetic, and vibrational aspects of living completely and positively altered the landscape of my life. I created this community because of my empathy for individuals who really want and deserve the best of what life has to offer. The purpose of this community is to provide a place where individuals can find answers, strategies, and real solutions that don't cost them $5, 10, or 20k per month. Now everything will not be free here and that should not be one's expectation. That is not how the universe works (Study the 12 Universal Laws). Individuals have to be willing to invest in themselves. I also learned this the hard way. There are no shortcuts and commitment and perseverance are two necessary ingredients. There is so much I could share here however this message would become a book. Just know that if you are here, you are exactly where you are supposed to be and if you are willing and ready to roll-up your sleeves, your change, prosperity, and peace are imminent.

@Gillian Jones Great having you here!
The Subconscious Mind
Many people are fighting today’s battles with yesterday’s conditioning.Your subconscious mind works nonstop, never judging, never filtering—only responding to what you’ve taught it.If you don’t retrain it, it will faithfully keep giving you the same results… even when they no longer serve you. I am thinking about doing a 45-minute training on the subconscious mind. Who's interested?

Hey Christopher, yea I saw that. That sounds pretty awesome. Would like to chat with you regarding it.
Belief in Self
Belief in self is the foundation of every meaningful achievement. Before results show up on the outside, conviction must exist on the inside. When you believe in yourself, you move with clarity, make stronger decisions, and stay committed even when progress feels slow. Self-belief doesn’t mean you never doubt—it means you don’t let doubt decide. It’s trusting your ability to learn, adapt, and rise, even when the path isn’t clear yet. Every successful person you admire started before they felt fully ready. When you believe in yourself, setbacks become lessons instead of stop signs. You stop waiting for permission, validation, or perfect conditions and start taking action. Confidence grows through movement, not hesitation. Your belief shapes your actions, and your actions shape your outcomes. Strengthen your belief, and everything else begins to align.
