The summer is here my friends. A quote stuck in my head is “take care of the work and the work will take care of you”. So if you ain’t taking care of the work, the work can’t take care of you. The work is showing up - workout, train, shoot puck & compete this summer to be that next level version of yourself. A few things for you Motivation comes after not before we execute the task we need to do. Understanding there will be days you aren’t motivated to do the work will help soften your perspective of pushing through. I believe the “not wanting to vs doing it regardless” is a gap where gaining extra confidence lies. Do it regardless of how you feel. Anywho - people ask for my workout split so here’s an inside look as of recent. I’m currently on a 4-5x / workout split Monday - Lower Body Tuesday - Upper Body Wednesday - Off or Active Recovery ⛳️ Thursday - Conditioning & Sprints Friday - Full Body Saturday - 25 Mins HIIT Full Body (every other week) Sunday - Off or Active Recovery ⛳️ If you have questions, workout programs you’d like me to review.
