Christmas gift Haul
Wanted to share my Christmas fragrance haul. It’s a solid lineup with a mix of bold statements, everyday go-tos, and a couple of cozy gems. Center (ornate bottle): Arabesque by The Merchant of Venice This one’s rich and intimate, opening with spicy ginger and tobacco leaves wrapped in a touch of sweet plum. As it warms up, cinnamon and cedarwood add depth, and it all settles into a smooth blend of vetiver and musk. Elegant but with a bold, aromatic edge. Notes: ginger, tobacco leaves, plum, cinnamon, cedarwood, vetiver, musk Lower left (blue bottle): Venetian Blue by The Merchant of Venice It has that modern blue scent vibe with a fresh citrus punch, a bit of spice, and a smoky, mossy base. Apple and pineapple give it a juicy lift while patchouli, birch, ambergris, and musk keep it grounded. Clean, energetic, and easy to wear. Notes: bergamot, lemon, pink peppercorns, apple, pineapple, patchouli, birch, ambergris, musk Right (black bottle): Irish Leather by Memo Paris Earthy and green with a leathery core, this one brings a rugged, outdoorsy energy. Juniper and mate give it a sharp, clean twist. Masculine and full of character. Top left (small bottle): Italiano by DUA A cozy sweet-leather scent with that unmistakable Italian gourmand style. It’s smooth and comforting but still feels polished and modern. Top right (small bottle): Valiant Soul by DUA Warm, woody, and ambery with a refined feel. It’s approachable but still elevated, great for when you want something easygoing without being too basic. Still have two more on the way.

What a haul. Merry Christmas!
HELP
Merry Christmas gents! I have a problem. Bought my first Creed tester the other day, and purchased an aftermarket cap from Amazon for it. I went to pull the cap off, and the ENTIRE ATOMIZER CAME OUT WITH IT. Collar and all. I ordered another atomizer (Crimpless) and push on tool. Anything you guys have experienced before? How did you solve it?

@Stephen DeMent I was able to push it back on however the top won’t sit flush and it leaks when I try to spray it. Also won’t spray. Hoping the new one works!

@Stephen DeMent Yeah I can definitely decant. Just really like the look of that bottle on the shelf. 😭
Happy Holidays Fellas!!
What is everyone wearing today for their Christmas scent? There are a few scents that to me smell like Christmas in a bottle.

Pretty warm out here. I’ll probably reach for something a little more universal, thinking perhaps Tabarome Millesime.

Switched gears and went with Fragrance World Inimitable. Clone of The Inimitable William Penhaligon.

A wonderful scent which needs no introduction very hard to reject only due to price point but better to have a decant to explore this beauty. Longevity and projection no compromise a smooth well blended fragrance and true creation.

For any that like this DNA but can’t swing the budget for MFK, try Lataffa Eternal Oud.
Stirling Soap Co.
Someone asked awhile back about aftershave/fragrance matching in shave routines. I use Stirling Soap Co. They have a large lineup of fragrance inspired shave products along with some original creations. Stirling Gentleman and Ramblin Man are originals, Baker Street is a proprietary fragrance from a barbershop they got permission to recreate, Bonafide is inspired by Prada L’homme, and British Leather is Memo Paris English Leather. The free soap throw in is inspired by Montblanc Legend. This was a 5 soap sampler to try different fragrances. I’m a BIG fan of the barbershop, but wanted to try something different.
