Is it just me or is January generally a slow month in the OF space due to christmas?

If you have a whale, how often do you sell to him and how often do you just do normal everyday chatting so it doesn’t feel too transactional? Of course you want to maximize revenue, but at the same time you don’t want to piss him off by constantly selling something. I’m trying to find the right balance, like for example, selling 3 times a week and just chatting the other days with no selling? Do you guys have any kind of structure for this, or do you just go by feel?
