DAY 5- WHAT DOES MY BODY NEED?
HURRAY — LAST DAY 🎉 We made it. You’ve noticed your body. You’ve noticed your breath. You’ve noticed your thoughts. You’ve noticed your reactions. And now we arrive at the most important question: What does my body need? 👉 Why This Matters Awareness is powerful. But awareness without response… keeps you observing, not changing. 👉 Today we begin to build something deeper: Self-trust. 👉 Whatever you feel… respond with something simple: 👉 If tight → move gently 👉 If restless → slow down 👉 If heavy → add small movement 👉 If anxious → long exhale 👉 If closed → soften the face 👉 If holding → sigh or sound Even 1–2 minutes is enough. This is the shift: From controlling the body → to listening to the body → to trusting the body Your body has been speaking to you all along. Now you are learning how to listen. And this is just the beginning. ✨✨✨

Thank you, Zina. 5 days completed and I feel I have new tools to work with. I don’t think I have ever asked myself, “what does my body need right now”. Yikes.
‼️ Repetition ‼️
The nervous system learns through repetition, not intensity. 👉 Not: One big workout One big cry One big decision 👉 But: - 5 minutes every day - 1-Breathing every day - 1-Noticing every day - 1-Moving every day - 1-Writing every day - 1-Choosing differently every day Repetition rewires the nervous system.

Tight Hip: Lymph/Fascia?
I have an achy left hip and keep seeing things pop up online saying that this might be from tight fascia and poor lymph drainage rather than tight muscles/ligaments. I do notice my lymph node in the left groin is always swollen and has been checked medically. What do you think of this? And any ways to loosen it?

@Eva Deutinger yes, same, this was a game changer for me. Especially after an injury where sometimes lymph doesn’t flow as it once did.
DAY 3 - FIRST STEP CHALLENGE
Here we go. (CLASSROOM ☝️) Today we shift from the body…into the mind. But we do it differently. We are not trying to stop the thoughts. We are not trying to control the thoughts. We are learning how to notice them. First we notice the body. Then we notice the breath. Now we notice the thoughts. Awareness is growing. Keep going. If you are just joining in, go to the classroom & explore =) Share your experiences, thoughts, and difficulties...together we GROW! ❤️🫂❤️

What Is The Larynx (Voice Box) And How Emotions Affect It
The larynx, often called the voice box, is a small structure in the throat that sits between the tongue and the trachea (windpipe). It contains the vocal cords, which open for breathing and close to create sound when we speak. But the larynx is not just for voice. It is part of the breathing system, the nervous system, and the survival system. The larynx is connected to the vagus nerve, which controls many automatic functions in the body such as heart rate, breathing, swallowing, and emotional regulation. This is why your emotional state directly affects your voice. ‼️ Emotional States And The Voice Different emotional states change how the larynx works: 👉 Anxiety - High, tight, shaky voice 👉 Fear - Tight throat, voice cracks 👉 Anger - Loud, harsh, pushed voice 👉 Sadness - Low, slow, heavy voice 👉 Freeze - Quiet voice, hard to speak 👉 Safety - Clear, steady, relaxed voice ‼️ Your voice is a reflection of your nervous system state.
