A Small Guide on How to Improve your LinkedIn Profile to get more Leads for your Automation Agency
I’ve reviewed a lot of AI automation profiles. Most fail for the same reasons: 1️⃣ Your headline is about tools, not results “Zapier | Make | GPT” doesn’t sell. Buyers care about: More leads Less manual work More revenue Tell them who you help + what result. 2️⃣ You explain HOW before WHY You jump into workflows and APIs… The buyer is still thinking: “Why does this matter to me?” Pain first. Solution second. 3️⃣ Your About section reads like a CV No one’s hiring you. They’re buying an outcome. If it doesn’t clearly say: Who you help What problem you solve Why automation wins You lose attention. 4️⃣ You have no proof Generic AI posts ≠ authority. Authority is: Use cases Before/after workflows Real bottlenecks you fix Even hypothetical examples work. 5️⃣ No CTA = no clients If you don’t tell people what to do, they won’t do anything. Simple CTAs: “DM me ‘AI’” “Comment ‘SYSTEM’” Fix this: Be known for fixing one expensive problem with automation Comment “AUDIT” if you want honest feedback of your LinkedIn profile and steps to fix it

Here's How To Make A Linkedin Personal Brand In One Week For Your Automation Agency
WEEK 1 – FOUNDATION (Days 1–7) Goal: Position yourself correctly + get seen by the right people Day 1 – Pick your micro-niche Don’t say “AI Automation Expert”. Choose ONE buyer: Marketing agencies Real estate agencies E-commerce brands Coaches & consultants Local service businesses Example positioning: “I help marketing agencies automate lead follow-ups using AI” Day 2 – Optimize your LinkedIn profile (VERY IMPORTANT) Headline formula: I help [WHO] achieve [RESULT] using AI automation Example: Helping marketing agencies book more calls using AI automation About section (simple): Who you help What problem you solve How AI helps Call to action Example: I help marketing agencies save 10–20 hours/week by automating lead follow-ups, CRM updates, and client onboarding using AI. If you want AI systems that actually make money → DM me “AI” Day 3 – Profile credibility boost Add AI tools to experience section (Zapier, Make, OpenAI, n8n) Add a featured section: Loom video: “How I automate agency workflows using AI” Professional profile picture (neutral background) Day 4 – Build your target list Go to LinkedIn search Filter: Title: Founder, CEO, Agency Owner Industry: Marketing & Advertising Save 50–100 profiles Day 5 – Start engaging (visibility hack) Comment on 10 posts/day from: Agency owners AI creators SaaS founders Comment rule: Add insight, not “Great post”. Example: This is exactly where AI follow-ups outperform human SDRs Day 6 – First post (Authority intro) Post idea: “Why I’m focusing on AI automation for agencies in 2026” Structure: Short intro Problem agencies face Why AI automation fixes it Soft CTA Day 7 – Analyze + adjust Which comments got likes? Who viewed your profile? Connect with people who engaged
