How I turned market panic into a 21.5% return (and why most people miss this)
Hey everyone 👋 Wanted to share something real from my own portfolio — not a lesson, just what actually happened. When the US-Iran-Israel war broke out last quarter, our market dropped almost 25% in a matter of days. If you were active in the markets then, you remember the chaos. A lot of newer investors panicked and closed their positions at a loss. I did the opposite. At the peak of the panic, I put together a Rs. 1 million portfolio — Rs. 125,000 across 8 companies, spread across 8 different sectors. I even recorded a video while I was building it (attached below, you can see my thinking in real time). Fast forward 3 months: → ~20% price appreciation → 1.5% dividend yield → ~21.5% total return Now here's the part I actually want to talk about with you all — because the return isn't really the interesting part. The interesting part is: why was I able to buy when everyone else was selling? It wasn't confidence in "the market." It was confidence in the specific companies I owned. I understood their sectors, their fundamentals, why they'd still be standing regardless of a geopolitical shock. That's the whole reason this community exists. Most people start investing chasing upside — they want the number to go up. But nobody teaches you how to survive the downside first. And if you don't know what you own, every red day feels like a crisis instead of a normal part of investing. Education is what turns volatility from something scary into something you can actually use. Our recent training batches are closed. @Abdul waseh Shah always start with limited money and only increase exposure once you have confidence with your investment
KYE app issues
According to the latest KYE video, the subscription fees are $1.08, $11, and $28. However, when we download the KYE app and go to the subscription page, the prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (subscription fee is showing much higher) in stead of US dollars . Why is this happening, and how can we resolve this issue?

Last episode Bulls&Bears and last batch of TradingMastery
Two important news 1- Today (28th June 2026) will be last episode of Bulls and Bears. We wanted to stop show three months ago but because of US-Iran war and all the uncertainty around capital markets we continue the show till the dust settles. Today US-Iran war is stopped and budget which is good for market is passed. So its a good time to stop the show. The whole idea behind the show was how to build your narrative prior investing i.e. to look at fundamentals and technicals, plan the risk and execute the trade. 2 - Last batch of Trading Mastery. Upcoming batch will be the last batch of Trading Mastery. We never intended to more than 3 batches but the impact it created in people trading journey was immense hence we continued with it Training has taken a toll on Syed Faraz. It affected his health and personal life. For now we are concluding Trading Mastery. Anyone who wants to join the training can join via below url https://sarmaaya.pk/trainings/trading-mastery Last date is 5th July 2026
