🚨 TODAY EVERYTHING CHANGES (or nothing does)
TODAY. 6PM CEST. Even if you didn't finish the challenge: show up. Even if you missed a day or two: show up. Even if you're not sure what to expect: show up. We're going live for the finale, most important session of the entire challenge. Here's what I need you to understand: You have two options: Option A: Keep running the same loop you’ve been in for years. New apps, new planners, new “fresh starts”… same crash. Telling yourself “this year will be different” without anything in your environment actually changing. Option B: Show up tomorrow with a real plan. A plan built for YOUR ADHD brain. With a community of people who actually get it, and the chance to build an operating system that finally works with you instead of against you. Tomorrow, you choose. - I’ll give away the new and improved Harmony blueprint. - I’ll open the doors to my 6-week live implementation program. - And yes, there's $2,000 in prizes. 🗓️ Add to calendar NOW: https://www.skool.com/adhd/calendar?eid=98e07cd8498742339830a0a2cd715ed0 Set reminders. Morning, 1 hour before, 15 minutes before. 🔥 Whether you joined us live or missed the challenge entirely check out the video attached. In just 5 minutes, relive some of the most powerful Q&A moments, breakthroughs, and real conversations from the challenge. 💛 Jim P.S. The people who show up live get first dibs for a spot in our 6 week program and first access to our new blueprint. Comment "REINVENT" if you're showing up 🫡

Day 4
My lowest Harmony dimensions. My financial status and my career. My financial status cause all those years of drinking, can make someone do some stupid stuff. And my career, cause I have been doing it so long, I really need a change. That is why I am learning this digital world. Why wind down pattern is usually been watch a movie. I watch no TV. Just a movie a night, a short one. They are free on Tubi or Roku. Then I post something, study another course, do at least an hour of tangling, then hit the sleep. I don't sleep much cause I spend too much time scrolling. My morning routine is wake up at 5:30. Eat breakfast, which I never did before my chemo and radiation. Now I do it everyday. When you go from 250 to 200 I guess it is necessary. Leave for work around 6:30. Listen to Christian or CW music. Or EW Kenyon, CS lewis, or SmithWigglesworth. I have already done my 1st day open loop, cause it was for work, and I have done some of my 2nd day open loop. posting I will do another tonight. And it always feels good when they are done. No matter the outcome. Is that all. I am not sure. Anyways have a great evening y'all.

Yup, financial a challenge, it certainly can suck the joy out of your life if you let it. Alcohol, for me I have the admit that is mainly avoiding responsibility. I notice that people who really enjoy their work rarely drink, it's a more substitute for the rewards of doing a good job. I feell your pain Ryan.
ADHD Awakening Assessment Section 4: The Harmony Reset
ADHD Awakening Assessment - The Harmony Reset You rated Career a 1 and then walked straight past it to name physical health as your lowest. That's not a scoring mistake, that's a tell. Career doesn't get to count as a real loss because you "hated working" anyway - but what actually got taken was providing: the vacations, the groceries, buying the healthier food without doing math first. And your mornings run the same equation. You hobble to the bathroom, you "may or may not" eat, one coffee, one game, then you sit in pain running your wife's books and payroll, and you call that "nothing of importance." You are working. You just won't credit anything that doesn't visibly rescue someone else. The papers say it plainly. Robot mode flips on, and underneath it is "reminders of failures" - which means that pile isn't clutter, it's an unsorted file of evidence against yourself, and every time you reach in, the same judge is sitting there. Your snapshot already named this pattern: grace goes outward easily and you refuse to claim it. You gave that five-year-old in the hallway permission. You still won't hand it to the man with the cane. And yet - this past winter you went, and you saw the flurries.

Ah work/career challenged too! but self-judging yourself for failures, the evidence againts yourself. Harsh and ...why? I wonder myself. I think that. like me, you're one win from kicking that "evidence" over the nearest wall.
Day 4
My lowest Harmony dimension: career and work - I am an over-giver. Wind-down pattern I noticed: I look at my screens way too late, do the pre-bedtime cram. (bad) Morning pattern I noticed: I'm pretty good on this, except too much coffee! I decided to close my open loop: and it was a big hurdle in the end, quite easily tackled. And it made me feel: Like a grown-up! I am enjoying feeling like an organised, responable person and my leisure time feels more earned.
Day 3
OK, a Gremlin belief for me. I do a lot of work and, just the second before the well-earned reward - rug pulled, dead end, time wasted, sadness. I have started to kinda believe that it's just something about me. I also get diverted into the technicalities because it feels like progresss and it's INTERESTING, so time disapppears. The truth is, I need to tackle the big challenges and make them less huge in my head.
