Founders Round Update 🤍
As this is the founders round of Body Love Bootcamp, I’m shifting how we’ll do the tapping work so it best supports your body and the season you’re in. Instead of live tapping sessions for now, we’ll work in a personalised, flexible rhythm: • Each week, you’ll take a few quiet minutes to reflect on a short questionnaire • You’ll send it back to me • I’ll create a tailored EFT tapping practice for you (15–20 mins, written + video) based on what your body is holding and ready to release This allows the work to meet you exactly where you are — without forcing schedules or overriding your pace. We begin today!
I’m so glad you’re here, truly You’re part of the founding round of Body Love Bootcamp, and that matters. You’re stepping into this at the very beginning, helping set the tone for what this work becomes. This bootcamp is about one simple thing: getting your body back on your side. Over the next four weeks, we’re not trying to fix you or slow your life down. We’re giving your nervous system a chance to release what it’s been holding, so you have more capacity, more energy, clearer focus, deeper presence, and the ability to stay in the game (for your dreams) without burning out. I really encourage you to start your first micro-movement practice today. It’s short, gentle, and intentionally unambitious. The power of this work is in consistency and safety, not effort. Then, at the end of the week, we’ll come together live for our first EFT tapping session. We’ll be meeting every Sunday at 2pm for the next four weeks, so please put that in your calendar now. (links in the calendar section of the skool app) These sessions are where we clear pressure, stress, and old patterns which and help your body reset at a deeper level. Think of this whole experience as creating space. Space in your body. So taking up space, leading, loving, and pursuing what matters to you feels more natural. ♥️ You don’t need to do this perfectly.
