Over the next four weeks, we’re not trying to fix you or slow your life down. We’re giving your nervous system a chance to release what it’s been holding, so you have more capacity, more energy, clearer focus, deeper presence, and the ability to stay in the game (for your dreams) without burning out. I really encourage you to start your first micro-movement practice today. It’s short, gentle, and intentionally unambitious. The power of this work is in consistency and safety, not effort.
