So grateful I found this practice! 🪷

As a teacher of frequency alignment, I’ve come to understand the important role a regulated nervous system plays in embodying resonance. After experiencing traumatic events that left me struggling to quiet my mind and find that resonance (even in meditation), Shaking Medicine created a profound shift for me—I finally feel like I’ve come home to my body and vibrational alignment. I can now access stillness and that high frequency I once knew.
