(Comment it down below) So here’s the past few post workout meals including some things I’ve tried lately… ☝️🥑 Meal 1 - eggs, avocado, homemade bagels Meal 2 - eggs, chicken, avocado & PB-honey toast Meal 3 - yogurt parfait These are generally what I’ll have post workouts most days!!
