Today I got up and did a 10.86km run was a hard one in the woods and up hills in this heat today, but I pushed and got there, and this after noon did a strength session with pull-ups on the minute every minute.👌
@Craig Waterhouse thank you, I do cold showers twice a day, I do some journaling which definitely helps, I do 20 minute workouts twice a day, morning workout fitness get up and go workouts, and afternoon I do strength workouts.
