Warmup in less than 24hrs safe?
Got a new domain from Namecheap, bought a Microsoft 365 email essentials for 25 bucks a year on GoDaddy, Followed the instructions and set the SPF and all last night. This morning i got the DKIM and DMARC settings up too. I use instantly AI for campaigns but i once had a bad experience when i was on Zoho. Warmed up a new email account on instantly though i was on a free tier on Zoho and after 9 days, i decided checking how my email was performing. Found out messages were landing in spam for google accounts but okay on Microsoft accounts. Couldn't fix it and I lost a lot of money. I'm planning on warming up again but since its less than a day i don't know if that's a bad idea for this new domain Any thoughts?

Trying to find the best (and easiest) AI developer tool
I just stumbled in Lorka AI, ehich combines several AI programs. Does anyone here have experience with Lorka AI, and if yes, would you share your experience?

is this normal?
I've sent 20 hyper personalized emails to Plaintiff law firms I've sent 21 hyper personalized email to restaurant owners I've dialed and cold called HVac businesses, Med spa owners and day spa owners up to 80 times Pivoted to real estate after i reconsidered restaurants I've sent about 45 emails to real estate agents about AI Audits I took a different angle, i.e. " Lead Resurrection" for Independent RE agents, Started a full blown 3 step campaign with emails i got from agents' sites that belonged to them i.e. owners- Sent 50 All these and no response. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Warm outreach can't work for me as i'm Nigerian and almost everyone is an employee not a real business owner. I hear success stories on here so why can't i make it happen for me ? Anyone got any ideas?

All were service offers. service offer for plaintiff firms was Client intake automation with Clio For spas I was offering AI Audits For Hvac businesses same thing For Restaurant owners i was offering AI Audits but with a different approach, I'd Look up Yelp for almost bad or bad reviews not attended to, add it as part of the email, add a response and be like "that could go out on your behalf" For real estate agents, i was offering AI Audits at first but niched down to a form of lead follow up...which is what im sicking to as it stands I also for a short amount of time emailed barbing shops too

Anybody know of a system that could help children to focus on their school work. And then monitor and feedback progress or lack of to parents?

You could build an agent or workflow for such because idk what app can do that as a standalone tbh And even so there are a lot of things to be put into consideration in order to fully grasp how the system should behave before building it out.. so i cant give a straightforward answer But it is possible

Anyone else building in public right now?
feels like a lot of people here are either: ➡️ quietly building ➡️ or waiting until things are “perfect” before sharing I’ve been doing the opposite… just building in public testing things breaking things fixing them and honestly… that’s where most of the learning has come from not tutorials not theory just actually doing it curious how others are approaching it here: are you: ➡️ building in public ➡️ building quietly ➡️ or still figuring out where to start? would be cool to follow a few people’s journeys as they go 👀 wins, fails, whatever comes with it
