is this normal?

I've sent 20 hyper personalized emails to Plaintiff law firms

I've sent 21 hyper personalized email to restaurant owners

I've dialed and cold called HVac businesses, Med spa owners and day spa owners up to 80 times

Pivoted to real estate after i reconsidered restaurants

I've sent about 45 emails to real estate agents about AI Audits

I took a different angle, i.e. " Lead Resurrection" for Independent RE agents, Started a full blown 3 step campaign with emails i got from agents' sites that belonged to them i.e. owners- Sent 50

All these and no response. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Warm outreach can't work for me as i'm Nigerian and almost everyone is an employee not a real business owner.

I hear success stories on here so why can't i make it happen for me ?

Anyone got any ideas?
