Acquisition follow up
I’m just curious what’s the point of my VA calling the leads in the CRM? They are telling me the leads are not interested or they already talked to the leads on txt and basically they wanna call fresh leads - And then they are saying they wanna dial for 4 hours and then focus on the txts for the other 4 hours because they are having a hard time shifting through go high level and back to the dialer. I put a list in the dialer that we texted a few times and excluded the leads that replied but then again that’s them calling new leads basically. Just confused and need some guidance here Thanks

Closing using credit card?
If I get a land deal right and I personally want to close on it can you like buy the deal using a credit card at closing with a title company?

Most title companies don’t accept credit cards directly for closing due to transaction limits and security concerns. However, alternative options include using a credit card to obtain a cash advance, fund a personal or business loan, or using third-party services like Plastiq (if the title company allows it). It's best to confirm with the title company in advance to explore acceptable payment methods.

Whats up everyone! my name is Jesus, based in the north west suburbs of Chicago IL but some other markets I work are TX and South west FL. I started off my journey wholesaling land but I want to jump more heavily into residential and multis.
