Here’s a good one for you guys. No money invested on my end and this Airplane will start generating passive income. Somebody reached out to me through one of my posts that already owned this beautiful Cherokee 140. They were interested in leasing it out, but didn’t know how. I had them cover all the expenses to bring it here to me And I am now marketing and advertising it and setting it up for lease and will take 10% of all the revenue that this plane generates. I just want all of you to be able to keep an open mind and stay creative in the space. If you can solve a problem, you can make a sale. For those of you that are having trouble getting financing or having trouble finding your seller finance deals maybe you try to reach out to Airplane owners that are wanting to sell or airplanes that are not being utilized as much as they thought they would and you come in as the problem solver and take that plane over and have it start generating passive income for them. Then you build up your bank roll to get your own plane.
