Kruno Matošević aka Mr. Cab Driver was born in Travnik and first stepped behind the DJ booth, spinning vinyl, in 1997. His musical expression was shaped by techno aesthetics and the underground electronic scene, combining the energy of the Detroit sound with the atmosphere of the Berlin club movement. Over the years, he has developed a distinctive style focused on driving rhythms, hypnotic grooves, and melodic elements. In the early 2000s, he performed in clubs and at festivals across Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2003, he moved to Croatia, where he continued performing in beach clubs along the coast. He remained active on the scene until 2005, after which he stepped away from public performances. His passion for music never faded, and in 2025 he returned behind the DJ booth, continuing his long-standing musical journey. His comeback took place at Ritmika 7 Festival, where he was introduced as one of the resident DJs, sharing the lineup with artists such as Mano Le Tough, Aera, and Holandez. Following this, he performed at Old Town Street Fest, held as part of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series in Mostar, where he played a B2B set with Holandez, alongside regional artists such as Andrej Jelić, Calkins, Lubnya, and Remi, as well as other representatives of the Bosnian and Herzegovinian electronic scene. Recently, Mr. Cab Driver has become active again, regularly performing in clubs across the Zadar region, where he captivates audiences with carefully crafted sets and a selection that blends groove, atmosphere, and emotion. He was also featured at the large open-air New Year’s Eve celebration in Zadar.

We are starting out from zero here for people just getting into this. Over the next many weeks we will develop into understanding all the basic concepts of music and djing. We will form networks and understand the actual process to creating what you need to thrive as a dj.
