Info Spot Youtube Video Suggestion
When a tour has background music it would be nice if the background music would mute while the embedded Youtube video is playing. Maybe this would be something the team could look into. Thanks again @Zach Calhoon For an amazing product and community to share suggestions and feedback!!

Thank you for sharing this excellent suggestion! We really appreciate it and will definitely take a closer look.
Going Exclusive..
So I have been offered to be a Brokers Tour Guy =) He does however want me to be exclusive to only his Brokerage and Teams. However they are quite large. My question is what are you guys doing to keep track of tours made and when they need to be taken down as far as hosting times. Any free apps or Excel Sheets you have made to help track these things. I am also thinking of offering him a few different packages to choose from as far as how many tours i will make for him a month. Any InSite or suggestions would be appreciated. I know some of you would not go exclusive however i feel this will fit my current needs as I am just looking for a steady monthly side income to my full time job. I do think his team is large enough to allow this to happen for me @Zach Calhoon @Zach Calhoon

How to get the tours on the clients Google business page
Hi, I understand how to build 360 tours but still having problems getting the tour on the clients Google business page and not my own Google business page. If someone could walk me though this or provide a link where I can learn how to do this, I will have gotten what I came for. Thanks!

Hi Mark, Great to hear that you're already comfortable building 360 tours — that's an excellent first step! To publish a tour to your client’s Google Business Profile (GBP) instead of your own, here are two ways to do it: Option 1: Get Contributor Access to Their GBP - Ask your client to add you as a Manager on their Google Business Profile. - They can do this by visiting business.google.com, selecting their business, and inviting your Google account under “Users.” - Once added, you'll have the ability to publish the tour directly to their profile. Option 2: Use a Google Trusted Photographer Account - If you’re a Google Trusted Photographer, you can publish tours to any Google Business Profile, as long as you're logged into the Google account with the proper publishing permissions. - Just make sure you're logged into the correct Google account before uploading the tour. :)
Advertising virtual tours on social media platforms
Greetings, what’s the best way to advertise virtual tours on Facebook, instagram and WhatsApp??

Hi, before I share some tips with you, I want to clarify that WhatsApp won’t allow us to customize the thumbnail. Now, here are some tips I think will help you promote your virtual tour: Highlight Key Features: Share engaging video snippets or interactive highlights of your virtual tour. Focus on the most captivating aspects of the tour, like the truck’s interior or the panoramic views of your showroom. Use Attention-Grabbing Thumbnails: Create visually striking thumbnails that stand out in users’ feeds. Make sure the first few seconds of your video highlight the most impressive parts of the tour to grab attention quickly. Platform-Specific Formats: Each platform has its visual preferences. On Instagram and Facebook, square or vertical videos work best, while YouTube and LinkedIn may benefit more from horizontal formats. Instagram Stories & Reels: Use Stories and Reels to give quick, behind-the-scenes glimpses or fast walkthroughs of your virtual tours. Be sure to include a call-to-action like "Swipe Up to Explore" for a seamless user experience. Facebook & Instagram Ads: Take advantage of Facebook and Instagram’s targeted ad features to reach your ideal audience—truck buyers, fleet managers, or business owners. LinkedIn Ads: If your focus is B2B, especially for commercial truck buyers, LinkedIn is a fantastic platform for reaching industry professionals with tailored ads. Engage Directly: Encourage viewers to take the next step by adding clear CTAs like “Explore Our Showroom Now,” “Book Your Virtual Tour,” or “View More Trucks.” Incentivize Actions: Offer special discounts or exclusive promotions for users who complete the tour or take action afterward. Use Hashtags and Tagging: - Relevant Hashtags: Use hashtags like #VirtualTour, #TruckDealership, #360Tour, #HeavyDutyTrucks, and #TruckSales to expand your reach and attract a larger audience. - Tagging: Tag businesses or influencers in your posts to increase visibility and create potential partnerships. Leverage User-Generated Content:
Pay Button
Can you embed a payment button other than a PayPal link on a tour? For instance, could it be a donation link for a church or museum?

Hi, yes, that's definitely possible! You can add a payment or donation link as an infospot in your tour. Simply use a logo—whether it's the company's logo or a custom design—and link it to the donation page. I've created a short video walkthrough for you here: Loom Video. Let me know if you have any questions!
