Breath, sound, movement and meditation
With these four pillars, I keep my life in balance. Conscious breathing, creating sounds that are pleasing and nurturing, movement to keep my body flexible and alive and meditation to drop into the stillness.. I am grateful for this life. What practices do you employ that inspire you to keep going?

Healthy, organic foods and the best supplements, that nourish my physical well being. Energy work daily such as reiki and jin shin jyutsu, hiking with my puppers, ecstatic dancing bi-weekly, yoga of course, and living a creative life whenever I can such as Djing and creating my jewelry art.
