Has anyone ever run into this issue? I’m trying to go self hosted.

Hi guys, if you look at the screenshot below, I am busy getting a Hostinger subscription. And I am not sure which n8n operating system I should choose. And I'm not really sure what the difference between all of them really are. My goal for n8n is to create automations and agents for clients. So based on my use case, what is the recommended option you guys would suggest?

I heard people say you can copy and paste the automations. How do you do that? I’ve tried on my iPad and laptop and nothing.
