Surgery Question.
Question for you ladies... I had an abnormal Pap last week, and they've done some additional testing. While I wait for the results to come back, should I stop taking my peptides? They are checking for malignant tumors. I currently take Tirz, NAD+, DSIP, B12, and BPC-157. I also have Lipo-C and Tesamorelin, but I haven't started those yet. I know I'll have to have surgery; we're just not sure what kind yet.
B12 Dose
I ordered some B12 from fusion. It's already reconstituted and it's a 10 mg vial. For the life of me I cannot find anywhere that will tell me how much to take and how many times a week to take it. Can anyone help?

@Heather Dawn I am trying to figure out how many units that is. If I use my peptide calculator. Am I missing something?

@Heather Dawn Ok Copy. I got confused and panicked. THANK YOU!!! I got it now. I keep buying new things and just want to try it all. I may have gotten ahead of my self. I appreciate your time.
💜 A Quick Note About "Units" vs "Milligrams (mg)"
One thing you'll notice in this community is that we try to talk about peptide dosing in milligrams (mg) whenever possible instead of just saying "units." Why? Because units are not a dose. For example, 10 units could mean one thing in a vial mixed with 1 mL of bacteriostatic water and something completely different in a vial mixed with 3 mL. The actual dose is measured in milligrams (mg). Think of it this way: ❌ "I take 20 units." ✅ "I take 1 mg." The second answer tells us the actual amount being taken. If you're new to peptides, please don't feel embarrassed if you've been speaking in units. Most of us started there! Learning reconstitution and dosing calculations is part of the journey, and this community is meant to be a safe place to learn. One of the best skills you can develop is learning how to use a peptide calculator. Once you understand:• The vial size (mg)• How much bacteriostatic water was added• Your target dose (mg) You'll be able to calculate almost any peptide with confidence. My goal is not for you to memorize every peptide. My goal is for you to understand how the math works so you can feel empowered and independent when reading protocols and discussing dosing. Questions are always welcome here. We all started somewhere. 💜

My advise is just be good to your body. You have come so far and you are so close. It will come off. It seems like it isnt moving but I find alot of times when I am not losing actual pounds I am loosing inches instead.

I have it all mixed up ready to go. I just havent started it yet. Is 1 mg a good starting dose? 10mg vial added 3ml of bac water. If i take 30units that should be a 1mg dose correct?
