Hi all!
Glad to be here! I met with Dr. Kelly yesterday. I’m excited to try something new to heal my skin issues. Curious to what foods everyone’s been eating? I’ve seen a lot on carnivore diet vs plant based vs everything in moderation. Let me know!! Comment for Dr. Kelly that I forgot to mention yesterday. I’ve noticed swelling/tightness in my R calf for a couple of years. It’s pretty consistent and I feel difference in my clothing between right and left. I also have a L labral tear in my hip, not sure if this creates energy blockage elsewhere. Thought I’d mention both.

Kristina thanks for the message. I see that you stay away from red meat--this used to be a staple in my diet. Are you having the heavy metal smoothie or liver detox one?

@Kristina Girardi I just ordered the spirulina and barley grass powder ! Excited to try this one. I’m surprised that it requires two bananas! Seems like a lot but I trust the process!
