We use PC and have a similar set up to you, with rotating teachers, etc! We moved to the Planning Center iPad roster 2 years ago and have loved it. So, each of our classes has an iPad. Once a child checks in and gets stickers in our Check In Lobby, they walk to class where our teacher checks them off on the iPad roster. When parents arrive to pick up, we check them out via iPad and parents show us their sticker (which they have 1 per family) or you can use the iPad to scan the sticker.
