Sardine Diet -vs- Egg Diet -vs- Lion Diet
What's the rationale behind each protocol? And are these extreme or actually therapeutic?

Sardine vs egg... not diets but short- term fasts, both boosting omega-3, nutrients and enhanced recognition of hunger and satiety signals. If somebody goes Lion, they're probably trying to heal something resiliently gnarly and it won't be nearly as short- term as either of the aforementioned. Just straight- forward, ruminate nourishment with nothing to inhibit absorption. Ultimate elimination protocol. All 3 are therapeutic, depending on the individual's needs. Extreme is in the eye of the beholder. Those of us prioritizing overall wellness can see at least the 2 fasts as tools while Lion, although still a tool, is more of a lifestyle.

@James Dawkins Normally, I'd say yes, as in a water fast. However, "fast" popularly seems to indicate the one primary, ingested food/macro, like fat, egg or sardine.

@James Dawkins Oh that's such a bummer! Mustard got me through the meat fatigue of chuck roast (feeding 3) in the first couple of months. Now that I've finally figured out how to make a super tender, quickly seared, chuck steak, I look forward to it as my daily meal. Poor man's ribeye 🥩💪😁

@James Dawkins Totally agree with you! I need to just stick with beef, either raw or completely cooled so I can properly digest the fat. Even one or 2 bites of something seasoned and I feel it the next day and possibly the day after! "NO, thank you" has ended it all!
Insurance
Hello folks, I’m in Canada and I am looking for liability insurance and would like to know how do your clients get reimbursed with their insurance for the work you provided. Did you have to get an additional accreditation like naturopath or else? Thanks!

Liability insurance is to cover you, not the client. Here in the states, coaching isn't yet recognized by health insurance unless you're employed in a covered, clinical setting and claims are submitted through the clinic, not through you as a coach. You'd need to be a registered or licensed "dietician", which means fake it till you make it, since they push the SAD and a lot of "holistic nutritionists" just push supplements. I hope any of this helps!

A Carnivore way-of-living seems to produce far less waste compared to a alternative diets. What's your take?

Nothing in the trash but the butcher paper! Now that I've figured out my rendered fat problem, I'm every 2-3 days and I love it!
Which was the hardest to give up?
Carbs // processed foods // or mainstream nutrition beliefs?
