Kombucha is super versatile and u can make puree from the scoby and add it to smoothies, condiments and spreads. It extends shelf life but also boosts foods with probiotic goodness. And another tip, make a batch of booch and age it for a year and u have vinegar, great for food, topical and cleaning!!
