i think they're useful because they can produce some subtle skull sounds for me, which is one of my key metrics for accessing the usefulness of a maneuver. good to know it's called "suture traction therapy". the original "face pulling" as it was so called, that Plato came up with, with the hockey mask, was useless, i think, never saw a result from that.
12/15 Since I recently gifted her a R2, I told her to wear it during the night, instead of her R1. She commented how it feels "more comfortable" when trying it out. I told her to keep her R1 in the kitchen and wear it during the day. So she doesn't forget to. Let's see if she's consistent, and how much progress she can make now.
