Section 22: Reasonable Enjoyment

We had a tenant complain that WE were impeding THEIR reasonable enjoyment. We had a project bus in our driveway for many years (long before they moved in) and had friends who came to work on it every Sunday (up to 8 people). They knew before moving in that this happened and we weren't loud or rowdy. They didn't file an official complaint though, just gave us an official looking letter.
