Hey LAB community, Ontario Bill 60 was passed back in November 2025 and has introduced some changes that could impact landlords in both positive and challenging ways. To help you quickly understand how these changes might affect you, I’ve put together a concise cheat sheet that breaks down the key points. We’re getting ready to host our first Landlord Advisory Board community call, and I’d love your input before we lock anything in.
