Sending you the biggest goosey honk of encouragement right now. I’ve been there, and sometimes go back, flapping in circles, wondering why the pond feels extra murky. When disappointment hits, I give myself permission to sulk a little, then do something tiny that reminds me I’m still capable. A walk. A silly playlist. Organizing one drawer like it’s the Olympics. You’re not a failure- just a goose mid-molt. Messy now, but those feathers grow back stronger (and maybe a little sassier). Honk onward!
