Goal: do something active every day and focus on relationships (of all types) Progress: I did two strength training sessions this week, plus all my runs and tennis! It felt good. I also had really great conversations with friends and coworkers. I also set up two meetings and had them to explore psychology and business and potential routes at my current job, which is awesome. Plus, Iβm meeting up with someone tomorrow to talk about going back to school to be a therapist. Changing my career wasnβt part of my original Stf challenge, but Iβm happy to be progressing in that area regardless!
