Morning Habits Shape Who You Become
Hey ladies! 💛 Our mornings shape who we become. When we start our day with intention, we’re giving God space to form our identity, our mindset, and the way we show up in our marriage. Here’s a simple morning rhythm to help you stay grounded: Morning Devotional Rhythm 1. Pray — Start With SurrenderTake a few minutes to invite God in: “Lord, shape my heart today. Lead my thoughts, guide my words, and help me love like You.” 2. Read — Get into the Bible. Choose a chapter, a verse, or a short passage. Let Scripture set your mindset before anything else does. 3. Journal — Use the S.O.A.P. Method S — Scripture: Write the verse that stood out. O — Observation: What is happening in this passage? What does it mean? A — Application: How does this apply to your marriage, your emotions, or your choices today? P — Prayer: Write a short prayer responding to what God showed you. Small habits lead to big spiritual growth. If you’re trying this rhythm this week, let me know in the comments!
