Day 13, Move in Silence
Today is a short, Qigong-inspired session practiced in silence. Flow gently, embrace the stillness, and notice how you feel with fewer distractions. Just move and observe.

@Drew Hopper it is my son’s birthday today (38) and my daughter’s birthday is the 15th (43). March is one of my favorite months. You did ask us to give you a heads up awhile back when it is our birthday. Mine is May 4th (may the fourth be with you 😆🤣)
Day 11, Shape Your Environment
Today we take movement to the floor and look at our surroundings differently. Instead of trying to change everything, we shape our environment so it supports success. Even getting down to the floor once or twice can become an opportunity to build mobility, strength, and a new way of seeing what’s possible.

Thanksgiving in March
I’ve mentioned in the past, and I continue to believe, it’s the little things in life that can bring us so much thanks, joy and warmth to our lives. Little things like birds singing, a smile from a stranger, the sunshine, a gentle breeze on our face, something that makes you look up to the sky and say “I know you did that.” I believe that my loved ones send signs often. My Thanksgiving cactus plants are blooming beautifully on this first day of March! I don’t think they bloomed this nicely in November. Another small thing that brings joy 🤩

@Marie-Thérèse Gloor most likely as there are many blooms. I have two Christmas cactus that have blooms coming also. I will post pictures when those flowers open. They are somewhat new to me and didn’t bloom at Christmas so I’m excited about that! My Easter cactus doesn’t have a single bloom on it so hoping to see a flower soon.

Day 12, Happy March 1st!
Today we simply move and embrace the possibilities of a new month. Progress, not perfection. If things haven’t been flawless, that’s okay. Use movement to reconnect to the present moment and keep improving, little by little.

@Iris Wauman yes, tomatoes different ways including salsa and cucumbers (pickles) mainly. It is a bit of work but I enjoy it.
