Stop Being Perfect
Today we continue exploring what it means to move naturally and live naturally. There’s nothing more exhausting than trying to be perfect, and perfection isn’t something any of us can actually achieve. Nature is beautiful because of its imperfections, and so are we. Let go of the need to be perfect. Move simply, breathe deeply, and embrace your own beautifully imperfect self

@John Sev nicely said! I watch people around me that want to boast about their how much money they have, or needing to put others down to apparently feel better about themselves. Everything they do has a price tag attached. I think to myself that it has to be absolutely exhausting! I am a small town, country girl at heart and that is perfect for me.

@Colleen Hopper all of our Orioles, have disappeared here in Ohio, I suspect the heat had a little bit to do with it, and they have moved on to eating more nutritious things than grape jelly.
